• A listing that names you, your business or your account and that you want removed. No proof is demanded and no fee is charged.
• A listing you believe breaks the Rules.
• Anything about your personal data — what is held, correcting it, or deleting it.
• Anything else. It is a small site and the inbox is read.

Complaints go to the grievance officer named above. As required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

• Your complaint is acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
• It is resolved within one month.
• You are told the outcome, and the reason for it, in writing.

If you are not satisfied, you may take the matter to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or to the consumer commission with jurisdiction where you live.
