01What is delivered, and when#
Immediately. Your listing is published within seconds of the payment provider confirming your payment — normally before you have closed the payment window.
What you buy is a listing on a public page. There is no physical product, no shipment, no tracking and no delivery address. No shipping or delivery charge is applied, because there is nothing to ship.
02If it does not appear#
A payment that is confirmed but produces no listing is recovered automatically: payments are reconciled against the payment provider's own records, and a listing missing from ours is created from theirs. If yours has still not appeared, write to the address below and it will be granted, or the payment returned in full — see the Refunds page.
