You are buying a promotional listing: the display of a link you supply, together with publicly available information about it, at a position on a public page. The position is determined solely by the total amount paid towards that listing, highest first.

• The service is delivered immediately. Your listing appears as soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Paying more than an existing listing places you above it. Paying less places you below it. There is nothing else to it.
• Where two listings hold the same total, the one that got there first stays higher.
• A listing has no end date. It remains on the all-time board for as long as the site operates.

What you pay buys display placement and nothing else, in the way that paying for an advertisement buys display placement. Your position is arithmetic — the sum of what has been paid, sorted — and is not the outcome of any event, draw or competition.

The words used around the site are ordinary English about paying for a position. They do not describe a wager, and no part of this service should be read as offering one.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown before you pay. The amount displayed is the amount charged.
• Payment is taken by a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India, on their own hosted checkout. The provider is named on the checkout before you enter anything. Card and bank details are entered there and are never seen, transmitted or stored by this site.
• A rank is granted only when the payment provider confirms the payment. Nothing your browser reports can grant one.
• Payments are final. See the Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

You may submit a link only if you are entitled to promote what it points to. You must not list anything unlawful, and you must not list a link whose destination you change afterwards to something you could not have listed in the first place.

The operator may remove any listing that breaks these terms, that becomes harmful, or that a person named in it asks to have removed. Removal does not entitle anyone to money back.

There are no accounts here, so anyone can submit any public link. If a listing names you, your business or your account and you want it gone, write to the address above and it will be removed. No proof of ownership is demanded and no fee is charged for removal.

Listings show information the linked page publishes about itself — its title, description, picture and, for a public social profile, the follower or subscriber count it displays. Nothing private is collected or shown, and no login of any kind is used to obtain it.

The site is provided as it is. It is a personal project and is not sold with a guarantee of uptime. Where the law allows it, the operator's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the listing the claim concerns.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may change. The version on this page at the time you pay is the version that applies to that payment. Changes are never applied backwards to a payment already made.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
